To be considered for Membership, applicant must have and maintain at all times a valid City of Houston Limousine License (HLL). Associate Members  must represent an industry closely related to limousine industry interests. Membership is effective upon approval by Membership Committee and receipt of payment in full. Membership fees are non-refundable.
