The Limousine Association of Houston Code of Ethics is the standard under which the Association anticipates its members will conduct their operations.

Although it is little more than a restatement of common sense principles and practices, each Member agrees to abide by this Code of Ethics in both the spirit of its intent as well as the statement of its parts.

The Limousine Association of Houston was formed to encourage the use of Luxury Transportation in Houston and is always concerned with creating and maintaining a positive image of the Industry in the minds of the public at large.

Should a customer complaint be filed with this Association against any Member, the customer’s statement and proper documentation will be considered quite seriously, and every available attempt will be made to successfully resolve the issue in an amicable fashion that is fair and satisfactory to all parties.
